Miller Lane was a road. People drove carts down it, and they built the stone walls along both sides to keep the fields on either side apart. The fields are gone — they are woods now, and have been for a long time. But the walls are still exactly where somebody put them, running for the best part of a mile through trees that were not there when they were built.

- Plan on about an hour and a half at the park.
- Parking
- Free to everyone, sunrise to sunset. Parking for twelve cars on Indian Town Road, with roadside space as well, and a trail map on the kiosk. IMPORTANT: the Trustees warn that satnavs send people down unmaintained roads around here that need a high-clearance four-wheel drive. Follow the written directions on their page rather than your phone.

- Shady trails through mixed woodland, past vernal pools and the old farm settlement. There is an accessible discovery trail as well. Allow at least an hour.
